Driver Eligibility

To ensure the safety of our vehicles and clients, all drivers must:

• Meet the minimum age requirement applicable to the selected vehicle.

• Hold a valid full driver’s license (no learners or probationary licenses)

• Be formally approved and listed on the rental agreement.

Only authorized drivers may operate the vehicle.
Minimum age requirements may vary depending on the vehicle category. Our team will always confirm eligibility prior to booking to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

Identification & Verification

Prior to vehicle release, renters are required to provide:

• 100 points of valid identification.
• A valid full driver’s license.
• Any additional documentation requested to verify eligibility.

Failure to meet identification requirements may result in booking cancellation.

Booking, Deposits & Security Bond

• A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• A refundable security bond is payable prior to collection.
• Bond amounts vary based on vehicle type, rental duration, driver age and experience.

All funds must be cleared before the hire period begins.

Hire Period & Vehicle Return

• Hire periods are calculated on a 24-hour basis.
• Vehicles must be returned on time and in agreed condition.
• Late returns may incur additional charges.
• No refunds apply for unused hire time.

Kilometer Allowance

• Each hire includes a daily kilometer allowance.
• Excess kilometers are charged at a per-kilometer rate.
• Additional kilometers can be pre-approved and quoted prior to your booking.

Usage Restrictions

Our vehicles must not be:

• Driven interstate, used off-road, on tracks, or in unsafe or prohibited areas.
• Used for racing, drifting, burnouts, or reckless driving.

Any breach may void insurance and result in loss of bond.
